Dutch Consortium for Rehabilitation (DCR)

The Dutch Consortium for Rehabilitation is a collaborative association with regard to the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of a joint MFS II program (a Dutch co-financing system for 2011-2015). Together with Save the Children, ZOA-refugee care and CARE, HealthNet TPO has submitted a grant-request for a cross-thematic programme.

November 2010 the Dutch government has announced the grants: DCR receives €71,5 million subsidy and activities have started now.

About HealthNet TPO

We work on rebuilding health care in areas disrupted by war, disasters and poverty. This process of 'rebuilding' starts with healthcare. In war- or calamity areas people face the immense task to rebuild their country in a devastated surrounding, whereas they suffer from poverty, diseases and the emotional impact of conflicts.

By using health as a goal and a means, we work together with local communities on the rehabiliation of people and the country.
