Dutch Health Insurance Platform for the Poor (HIP)

This platform, launched in 2006, brings together expertise in the field of health care and insurance in developing countries. Activities focus on exchanging knowledge on experiences and innovations in health insurance in lowincome countries, in meetings, seminars and conferences. The platform envisages that on medium and longer term its members will play an active role in developing and promoting knowledge with respect to health insurance operations in developing countries, sharing findings from research and practices.
