Every office is a community.  Within each community are groups we call Teams.  Teams have goals, activities and outputs.  They strive to reach certain achievements.  Teams are the building blocks of an office society.

But within each team are finely-defined social interactions.  Teams have a spirit and a motivation that is made up the individual personalities of those in the team.  As the team’s spirit and motivation improves, their work becomes easier, clearer and more fun.

HealthNet TPO-South Sudan is always looking for ways to make our workload easier, clearer and more fun.  To move towards a better team, a Team Building Workshop was held, run by Jackie van der Kroft.  HealthNet brought in the entire staff from all over South Sudan  to  participate in this teambuilding workshop.   

The two day workshop included games and workshop activities which involved understanding what makes up a good team and what improvements we can make to the team in terms of teambuilding   We all laughed, had fun and learned a lot about each other as people and as a team.
