The community health insurance scheme that HealthNet TPO implements in Cambodia has been running for over a year now. Of the family members who enrolled in 2010, only 48% renewed their membership in 2011. At first sight it seems the project is not that successful. But after asking the families why exactly they dropped out, we might even be a bit proud.About HealthNet TPO
