The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan received its Grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria. The Global Fund has chosen HealthNet TPO Mission in Afghanistan, as a Principle Recipients (PR) of this grant to manage the Malaria Component.

• Participation is open to all legal suppliers/Dealers/Manufacturers other than explicated in terms and conditions in tender dossier.
• The bids should be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions explicated in tender dossier.
• Any attempt by a tenderer to influence the evaluation committee in the process of examination, Clarification, evaluation and comparison of tenders to obtain information on how the procedure is progressing or to influence the contracting authority in its decision concerning the award of the contract shall result in the immediate rejection of its tender.
